بَاب النَّجْشِ وَمَنْ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ الْبَيْعُ وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي أَوْفَى النَّاجِشُ آكِلُ رِبًا خَائِنٌ وَهُوَ خِدَاعٌ بَاطِلٌ لَا يَحِلُّ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْخَدِيعَةُ فِي النَّارِ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
